Fall 2022 Online Auction Terms and Conditions

READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING. By bidding you agree to all the following terms and conditions.

Placement Locations: There are two placement locations. The location of each lot is indicated in the description.

  • Abingdon, IL Fall Festival Grounds (914 N Monroe, Abingdon, IL)
  • Boyer Lake in Rapatee (24 N IL-97, London Mills, IL)

Payment/Pickup: Payment will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022, from 7am-12pm CST. You must pay at the Abingdon location. You must contact us prior to bidding if you cannot make this pickup time. All items also need to be removed from the grounds at this time unless you contact us prior to bidding to make other arrangements. A loader will be provided during the September 24th pickup window. After winning your items, they are your sole responsibility. There is no buyer’s premium. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. All credit/debit card transactions will be assessed a 4% surcharge.

Terms of Sale: We are not responsible for accidents, theft, vandalism, errors, or omissions. Any new information announced supersedes previous information, whether written or oral. All items are sold as is, where is. You are responsible for inspecting items for any potential defects prior to bidding. Item descriptions are NOT warrantied. You are responsible for paying for all lots for which you are the highest bidder, NO EXCEPTIONS. We reserve the right to reopen lots in the event of technical issues. Further, we may refuse any bid for any reason. No sales are final until you are issued a final invoice.

Shipping: WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING. You are responsible for picking up your items or making your own shipping arrangements.

Platform: By using our platform you are bound to the acceptable use act of our hosting provider. If fraud, waste, abuse, or misuse is suspected you may be banned from the use of our platform and applicable legal remedies may be brought against you.
