All machinery is placed at the Abingdon Community Festival Grounds (914 N. Monroe St., Abingdon, IL 61410). Contact Dan at 309-252-1193 to make viewing arrangements.

Bidding Date Information: Auctions open at 12 A.M. on April 10, 2021 and will begin to close at 7 P.M. on April 16, 2021. On April 10, all items listed on this page will be visible under our Online Auctions page. Auctions will close one minute apart, with a short extension for bids placed within the last minute. Emails will be sent to all registered bidders if any changes are made to auction policies, and closing time and pickup reminder emails will be sent towards the end of the auction.

How to Bid: Before bidding, make sure you are logged in. There is a login/logout button in the main menu of our website, and you will also have the option to login on each item page. Simply type your bid into the box. We recommend typing in your maximum bid–we cannot see this number, but this will allow the computer to bid for you in the same preset increments, up to your maximum bid. Be sure to refresh the page occasionally if watching auctions towards their end. If you have never bid in one of our auctions, we recommend watching our tutorial video, which can be found at the very bottom of the Online Auctions page.

Registration Information: If you registered to bid in a previous online auction, you are already registered to bid. If you have not previously registered to bid in one of our online auctions, please click here or navigate to the “Register to Bid in Online Auctions” tab of our website.

Pickup and Payment Information: Pickup and pay for purchases Saturday 4/17/2021 from 9:30 A.M. to noon or contact us to make other arrangements. Purchases should be removed from the grounds by 4/21/2021 unless other arrangements have been made. If you win an item, you’ll receive an invoice at the end of the auction with additional information regarding pickup and payment. Cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and Discover are accepted. All credit and debit card transactions will be charged a 3% processing fee. There is no buyer’s fee.
